Should I choose vegetables or fruit?
When trying to decide what you should juice keep in mind that fruits do have a lot of sugar especially when you are juicing. I usually use vegetables for the bulk of my juicing and add about half of about one piece of fruit. That way you are not getting to much sugar. Too much sugar can cause you to crash and it can lead to weight gain. Be careful of carrots as well. Though it is a vegetable – carrots have a lot of sugar in them as well.
